This process resembles a simulation since you can't truly "checkout" so it is important to read the steps first and check out the "Learn" page to explore the "why".

OUR GOAL

To save CO2 from entering the air to stop climate change by pledging to implement simple green actions in your community!

STEPS TO TAKE FOR A BETTER FUTURE:

  1. CALCULATE your carbon footprint through the EPA by clicking HERE (this calculator includes pledges that look a lot like "our" pledges you will see later, so your "CO2 reductions total" EPA calculates will be important later)

  2. RETURN to this website with an idea of what actions your footprint could benefit from and what is reasonable to you!

  3. CLICK HERE to see the list of CGL pledges and CHOOSE whichever actions you want to strive to complete or work towards

  4. Once you've chosen some actions, click to go to YOUR CART which will show the pledges you want to take

  5. Then, enter your CO2 total reductions amount in the entry text box and take a screenshot of your "order" 

  6. Because this process is free and the "shopping" for pledges is supposed to act as a simulation, please send your screenshot to OUR CONTACT INFO (if this doesn't work, send an email to cglyourcfootprint@gmail.com and write out your CO2 reductions total)

  7. PRACTICE your pledges! Lots of small consistent actions=BIG change and BIG benefit!
